Ecosil is a pioneer in providing heat and acoustic insulation solutions to the building industry. Our products range including Acoustic Wall Tiles (AWT) and Acoustic Ceiling Panels (ACP), Soundpod that design to offer eco-friendly, modular, and customizable solutions that enhance indoor comfort by reducing noise and heat. Our goal was set to redefine the boundaries of acoustic and thermal insulation, offering not just silence, but the promise of blissful tranquility. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to deliver creative and functional interior spaces, integrating our acoustic insulation products to enhance both aesthetics and sound comfort. This role involves full-cycle design responsibilities from concept to execution.

KEY RESPONSIBLE :

• Attend client meetings and site visits to understand design needs, preferences, and space usage requirements.
• Develop creative design ideas that align with client expectations and acoustic performance goals.
• Produce initial design sketches and proceed to 3D visualizations upon client approval.
• Handle all aspects of the design process, including conceptual design, space planning, and 3D renderings.
• Present final design concepts to clients and manage ongoing design follow-ups and revisions.
• Prepare project cost estimations, material selection sheets, and technical/construction drawings.
• Coordinate with internal teams including project managers, sales, and installers to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure designs comply with functional, aesthetic, and acoustic performance standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in interior design; experience with acoustic design elements is a plus, fresh gradrated are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar 3D rendering tools.
• Strong presentation, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and space planning skills.
• Familiarity with material selection, construction drawings, and site coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
