Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in related field
• Discipline, self motivated and independent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point)
• Experience in Manufacturing preferred

Job Tasks/Key Responsibilities

• To assist general tasks including quotation, documentation, and follow-up
• Handle local and outstation sales order.
• Assist with scheduling delivery planning activities.
• Update sales and purchase activities
• Arranging delivery order and sales invoice
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filling and answering phone calls.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional cutomer service
