Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily transportation and delivery operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in planning and optimizing delivery routes, schedules, and transportation networks.
• Monitor delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with drivers, transport teams, hubs, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Track and analyze operational data, including delivery performance, route efficiency, and capacity utilization.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain accurate operational records.
• Support manpower and vehicle capacity planning based on operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and support the team in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, route planning, delivery operations, or network planning is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
