Department: Production – Coating & Bonding

• Supervise daily production activities in the Coating and Bonding Section.
• Manage and arrange workers based on production requirements.
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Monitor production quality and process.
• Check machine operation and report production issues.
• Ensure workers follow SOPs and safety rules.
• Monitor workers' attendance and performance.
• Guide and train workers when required.
• Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments.
• Maintain production records and reports.
• Ensure the production area is clean and organized.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in a related field will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in glove manufacturing or coating is an advantage.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Good manpower management and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and SMETA is an advantage but not required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
