We are looking for a dynamic IT Executive to join our team and support both IT Operations and AI Solution Development.

• IT Technical Support

Responsible for supporting and maintaining:

- Hardware & Infrastructure: Firewall, Network Switch, Server & EUC

- Software & Applications: ERP, SAP, BI, Microsoft 365 & SharePoint

- Smart Surveillance: CCTV & Access Control Systems

• AI Solution Expert

- Design, build, test and deploy robust and scalable AI-driven applications based on defined business use cases.

- Work closely with business units and stakeholders to understand business processes and challenges.

- Provide technical expertise to shape, refine and develop AI use cases into practical solutions.

- Evaluate and implement suitable AI technologies to improve business efficiency and decision-making.

• Ideal Candidate

- Strong IT technical support and troubleshooting skills.

- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications and Microsoft 365.

- Experience with AI solutions, automation, data analytics or application development is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Passionate about emerging AI technologies and digital transformation.

Pay: RM3,500.00 per month
