Full Time Sales Engineer (Semiconductor Industry) Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,800 in Enviroterm Sdn Bhd Butterworth - Ricebowl

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
• Visit customers regularly and build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and provide technical consultation and suitable instrumentation solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and support the sales process.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, maintain sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
• Provide technical support and coordinate with the engineering/service team during installation, calibration and commissioning.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and provide appropriate post-sales support.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, ISO/regulatory requirements and customer needs.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Application Engineering, Instrumentation or a related technical field.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, cleanroom, laboratory, pharmaceutical, chemical or industrial environment will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of technical products/equipment and ability to understand and translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in conducting technical presentations, product demonstrations and customer consultations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
• Willing to travel frequently for customer visits.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
