Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, account information, and service requests.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent command of Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational schedule with permanent night shifts.

• 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
