We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance analysis, and finance process automation.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related accounting function.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, revenue analysis, cost analysis, and financial performance management.
• Experience in financial reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets, macros, and VBA.
• Proficiency in SAP and relevant finance modules.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations.
• Strong ability to analyse financial variances, business drivers, trends, and financial risks and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with Business Units and Finance teams.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
