Key responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers on manpower needs.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates.
• Prepare offers and onboarding arrangements.
• Build talent pipelines and support employer branding.

HR Generalist

• Support performance management, employee engagement, and L&D.
• Assist with employee relations and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian employment laws.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with strong recruitment exposure.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive and people-oriented.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
