Role Summary
- The Executive, Learning & Development is responsible for driving workforce capability development through strategic training initiatives, impactful facilitation, and data-driven learning solutions. This role ensures training programs enhance performance, support business growth, meet compliance requirements, and strengthen leadership and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Strategy & Capability Development
- Support the development and execution of the annual training strategy aligned with business goals and workforce capability needs.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted development interventions.
- Design structured learning pathways to support operational excellence and leadership readiness.
2. Training Design & Professional Facilitation
- Design and deliver engaging in-house training programs including onboarding, SOP training, soft skills, leadership fundamentals, and operational excellence modules.
- Facilitate training using adult learning principles and interactive methods to maximize retention and application.
- Demonstrate strong presentation and facilitation skills to engage diverse employee groups.
3. Learning Delivery & Program Management
- Manage end-to-end training execution including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, trainer coordination, and attendance tracking.
- Ensure training programs are delivered effectively across outlets and operational sites.
- Coordinate external training providers where specialized expertise is required.
4. HRDC & Compliance Management
- Manage HRDC grant applications, documentation, and claims in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure training initiatives meet audit, compliance, and industry regulatory standards.
- Maintain proper documentation for training records and compliance audits.
5. Training Effectiveness & Learning Analytics
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback analysis, assessments, performance indicators, and post-training impact reviews.
- Utilize data and analytics to improve training quality, relevance, and ROI.
- Prepare training dashboards and reports to support management decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Employee Engagement, HR, Event Management, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and project coordination skills.
- Creative, proactive, and energetic personality.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: RM2,503.16 - RM4,000.00 per month
