Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and finance administrative tasks.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Monitor payments, outstanding balances, and collections.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding payment and billing matters.
• Assist with audit, tax, and other finance-related matters.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software (SQL) is an advantage.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
