Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer acceptance.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening to assess candidates against job requirements.
• Conduct phone or virtual screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, communication skills, and salary expectations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide timely updates on candidate status and recruitment progress.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare and submit suitable candidate profiles according to hiring requirements and recruitment timelines.
• Work closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and candidate profiles.
• Support high-volume recruitment drives and urgent hiring campaigns when required.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in relevant Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment platforms.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including sourcing activity, interview conversion, offer acceptance, and time-to-fill.
• Follow company recruitment policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure candidates complete the required pre-employment documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in an MNC, semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or technology environment.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment is an added advantage.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and recruitment databases is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruitment records.

Preferred Experience

• Recruitment experience within the semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, engineering, or technology industry.
• Experience recruiting technical positions such as technicians, engineers, equipment specialists, manufacturing, and production roles.
• Experience supporting large-scale or urgent recruitment campaigns.
• Familiarity with SAP, Workday, or Service Now is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
