Job Description:

1. Assist in handling daily accounting and administrative tasks.

2. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoices, payments, and collections.

3. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment documents, and other accounting documents.

4. Perform basic data entry and update accounting records accurately.

5. Assist with bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliation.

6. Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and accounting documents.

7. Update and maintain accounting data in the SQL Accounting System.

8. Assist in monitoring outstanding payments and following up with customers when required.

9. Check accounting documents and records for completeness and accuracy.

10. Assist in maintaining sales, purchase, debtor, and creditor records.

11. Prepare simple reports and summaries as requested by the superior.

12. Compile, sort, and record daily business transactions.

13. Perform general clerical and administrative duties.

14. Carry out any other accounting or administrative duties assigned by the superior.

• Minimum qualification: SPM / Secondary School Certificate.

• Fresh graduates and SPM school leavers are encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Basic knowledge of accounting is an advantage.

• Knowledge of SQL Accounting System is an advantage, but training will be provided.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.

• Willing to learn and able to work as part of a team.

• Responsible, organized, and hardworking.
