Content Moderator

Location: KL Sentral, Malaysia

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Renewable)

Job Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and audio, to ensure compliance with platform policies.

• Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

• Analyze content trends and escalate policy-related issues when necessary.

• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Requirements

• Internet savvy with an interest in social media and online content.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable reviewing sensitive or graphic content.

• Willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
