Position: Customer Service & Sales Order Executive

Transmare-Chemie (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is hiring a permanent, full-time Customer Service & Sales Order Executive based at our Senai plant. The successful candidate will manage customer and intercompany orders from receipt of Purchase Order through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer and intercompany Purchase Orders.

• Create and maintain Sales Orders in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision and UBS.

• Check stock availability and coordinate cargo allocation.

• Coordinate with the plant and warehouse on drumming, packing and cargo preparation.

• Arrange transportation to local and export delivery destinations.

• Prepare Delivery Orders, invoices and supporting documents.

• Update customers on order confirmation, delivery arrangements and order status.

• Coordinate with sales, inventory, operations, drivers, transporters and finance.

• Monitor each order from receipt of PO until successful delivery and completion.

• Handle urgent orders, delivery changes, complaints and product returns.

• Maintain accurate order, delivery and customer records.

• Report stock shortages or discrepancies to the inventory controller.

• Follow through on all assigned matters until properly resolved.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM; Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field is preferred.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Experience in customer service, sales order processing or logistics coordination is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Experience with NAVision, UBS or another ERP/accounting system is preferred.

• Training on company systems and procedures will be provided.

• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Careful and accurate with order entry and documentation.

• Responsible, organised and able to multitask independently.

• Able to communicate professionally and coordinate urgent deliveries.

• Willing to progressively take ownership of the complete order fulfilment process.

Working Arrangement:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Based at our Senai plant.

• Permanent, full-time position.

• Salary: RM3,200–RM4,200 per month, depending on experience and capability.

• Medical benefits and parking provided.

• Probation period of three to six months.

• Reports to the Head of Operations and Customer Service.
