Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

• Identify market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and drive business expansion.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and departmental goals.

• Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans where necessary.

• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.

3. Key Account & Relationship Management

• Manage strategic corporate accounts and strengthen long-term client partnerships.

• Oversee client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth initiatives.

4. Business Development & Revenue Generation

• Drive acquisition of new corporate clients and strategic partnerships.

• Explore new market segments and growth opportunities.

5. Sales & Marketing Leadership

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns, promotions, and corporate engagement activities.

• Ensure alignment between sales initiatives and business objectives.

6. Reporting & Analysis

• Monitor sales KPIs, clients feedback, forecast revenue, and prepare management reports.

• Analyze market trends and sales data to optimize performance and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel.

• Bachelor degree in health related field, Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Business, or any field with proven work experience
