The role

We are looking for a Project Sales Coordinator who is confident in dealing with customers, comfortable with site work, and motivated to grow in a sales-driven environment construction and building industries.

Key responsibilities

1. Coordinate site visits, line walks, and assist in preparing quotations/proposals & close sales.

2. Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

1. Support project planning by monitoring resources, costs, and timelines.

2. Handle customer inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.

3. Build strong client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

4. Maintain accurate sales records and provide administrative support to the team.
   

What we're looking for

1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Structural Engineering, Building, Marketing/ Business or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related industry building/construction is required

3. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work well with clients, suppliers, and site teams.

4. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

5. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

6. Experience in sales or project coordination (especially in construction/engineering) will be an added advantage.
