About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, responsible and commercially-minded E-Commerce Operations & Growth Executive to take ownership of our daily online marketplace operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada.

This is not a purely administrative role.

You will be responsible for making sure our online stores run smoothly from the moment and order comes in until the customer receives it - while also helping us grow online sales, improve store performance and maintain excellent marketplace ratings.

What You Will Own

1. Daily E-Commerce Operations

• Manage day-to-day operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada.

• Monitor incoming orders and ensure orders are processed accurately and within platform deadlines.

• Coordinate closely with our retail/store team and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfilment.

• Monitor shipment status, failed deliveries, cancellations, returns and refunds.

• Proactively identify and resolve fulfilment issues before they affect customers or marketplace performance.

• Maintain excellent store health, fulfilment rates, response rates and customer ratings.

2. Marketplace Management

• Maintain and optimise product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, variations and promotions.

• Ensure product information and pricing are accurate across all platforms.

• Manage vouchers, campaigns, platform promotions, flash sales and other marketplace initiatives.

• Monitor platform announcements, policy changes and seller requirements.

• Ensure our stores remain compliant with marketplace policies and avoid unnecessary penalty points.

What We Are Looking For

Must-have:

• 2+ years of hands-on e-commerce / marketplace experience.

• Experience managing Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada is strongly preferred.

• Experience in retail, FMCG, pharmacy, beatuy, healthcare, consumer goods or other fast-moving retail environments is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of order fulfilment and marketplace seller operations.

• Excellent attention to detail - especially when handling orders, pricing, stock and promotions.

• Good Excel skills.

• Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

• Must be able to commute reliably to our Petaling Jaya workplace.
