Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team in achieving company financial targets through effective sales support and market research activities.

• Develop and nurture existing as well as prospective export business

• Manage end-to-end export order execution, from order receipt through shipment coordination to payment follow-up.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment, execution, and compliance with customer requirements and regulatory guidelines of assigned markets.

• Assist new product development initiatives and launches, including planning and coordination on packaging adaptation and compliance check.

• Assist in market research to identify new business opportunities, product potential, and market expansion.

• Ensure all tasks and documentation are completed promptly, accurately, and thoroughly.

• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Possess any degree with minimum 3 years of working experience in export. Experience in FMCG would be added advantage.

• Good in written and communication in English would be added advantage.

• Proficient in Words, Excel and Power Point.

• Independent and reliable.

• Strong organizational skill.

• Willing to travel local or overseas whenever necessary.
