Salary: RM2,000 – RM4,000 + Commission

Job description

E-Commerce Operations

• Manage Shopee/Lazada store operations

• Handle orders, listings, pricing, and stock updates

• Coordinate delivery and inventory tracking

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Respond to customer enquiries via chat and calls

• Handle after-sales service and complaints

• Follow up orders and ensure smooth transactions

Sales & Marketing

• Support online promotions and campaigns

• Perform upselling and outbound promotion messages

• Work with team to achieve sales targets

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
