工作范围：

• 协助高级 工料测量员或合同/项目团队处理合同授予文件和文书工作。

• 为建筑项目进行取费和测量工作。

• 从供应商/分包商处请求报价。

• 准备成本估算和报价。

• 为供应商/分包商提交每月进度报告。

• 完成上级或管理层分配的其他任务。

职位需求：

• 能够独立工作。

• 熟练掌握英语和马来语（口语和书写）。

• 拥有有效的驾驶执照和交通工具，能够出差。

• 敬业且勤奋。

• 最好拥有至少3年的主承包商和建筑相关工作经验。

• 有AUTOCAD经验者优先考虑。

• 必须拥有工料测量或同等专业证书、文凭/高级文凭/大专/学士学位/研究生文凭/专业学位

Job Scope:

• Assist Senior QS/Contact/Project Team with contract award documentation and paperwork

• Perform taking-off and measurements for construction projects

• Request quotations from suppliers/sub-contractors

• Prepare cost estimates and quotations

• Submit monthly progress claims for suppliers/sub-contractors

• Perform other tasks assigned by superior or management

Requirements:

• Able to work independently

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)

• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation, willing to travel

• Dedicated and hardworking

• At least 1 year of main contractor and construction-related working experience preferred

• Experience with AUTOCAD is an added advantage

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
