Purpose of Role:

Identify new business opportunitiesthrough developing new and existing customers’ accounts and building relationshipsand provide strategic direction for the company to grow and profit.

Responsibilities:

• Build Internaland External Relationships
  
• Develop Proposalsand Presentations
  
• Support KeyAccount Management and Operations Planning
  
• Responsible forthe development and revision of business development strategies in line withthe market trends, competitors and customers' requirements
  
• To build theCompany’s reputation and competitive position through marketing channels,public relations, activities, business events, forums and others
  
• Prepare theyearly and half-yearly Business Development Budget, review the progress ofrevenue for the logistics operations
  
• Streamline andenforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Tool usage compliance by Group& branches, business development functions to ensure visibility of BDactivities.
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply ChainManagement and Marketing, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in 3PL Logistics,Supply Chain Management or FMCG industry.
  
• Excellent track records in a hunter role, in securingand developing key customers accounts and hit the budgeted number
  
• High-level of customer service ability
  
• Strong in networking contacts and industry people
  
• Excellentplanning, problem-solving, collaboration, decision-making, and organizationskills.
  
• Able tochampion new initiatives, change management and building teams
  
• Excellentinterpersonal skills including communication, presentation, diplomacy andpatience.
  
• Demonstratedexperience in financial planning and analysis
