Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically competent IT Executive to support the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, and day-to-day IT operations. The successful candidate will provide technical support to employees, maintain IT systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth and secure operation of the company’s IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level and second-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

  • Support and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, network devices, and basic network infrastructure.

  • Manage user accounts, access rights, passwords, and permissions.

  • Perform IT equipment setup for new employees, including computers, email accounts, software, and system access.

  • Monitor IT systems and perform routine maintenance to ensure system availability and performance.

  • Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, email, network connectivity, and other common application issues.

  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, equipment, and IT inventory.

  • Assist with backup, data recovery, antivirus, endpoint security, and other IT security measures.

  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and security controls.

  • Support ERP, HR, production, warehouse, and other business systems where required.

  • Provide IT support for production and manufacturing systems, including troubleshooting and system coordination.

  • Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, implementation, and digitalization initiatives.

  • Prepare IT-related reports and documentation for management.

  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity requirements, and data protection practices.

  • Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, Windows operating systems, and networking.

  • Experience in troubleshooting PCs, printers, network connectivity, and common software issues.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic cybersecurity.

  • Experience with ERP/MES systems or manufacturing IT systems will be an added advantage.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willing to provide IT support outside normal working hours when required.

  • Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
