Merchandising & Display Excellence:

• Optimize and defend the brand's share of shelf, ensuring high visibility for product
• Maintain home shelf displays according to corporate planograms, ensuring accurate price labels and strategic placement of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) and educational brochures.
• Execute and set up promotional displays, cross-merchandising units, and thematic secondary displays within strict timelines

Operations & Training:

• Manage stock levels, execute full stock replenishment during store visits, and flag near-expiry stock using the "First Expiry First Out" (FEFO) principle.
• Conduct product training and demonstrations for pharmacy staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products.

Relationship & Market Intelligence:

• Build strong rapport with pharmacy managers, pharmacists, and floor staff to secure prime shelf space and support.
• Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground; monitor competitor pricing, new product launches, and promotional activities, reporting findings to the direct manager.
