Responsibilities
The Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services required to support Everllence Singapore's operations. The role manages the procurement process from request to purchase order, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure purchases are delivered in a timely, cost-effective and compliant manner while maintaining high standards of documentation and supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, RFQs, quotation evaluation,
negotiation, purchase order issuance and delivery follow-up.
• Procure materials, equipment and services supporting workshop operations, engine servicing,
subcontracted work, logistics and operational requirements.
• Monitor order progress and resolve delivery, quality and commercial issues with suppliers.
• Source, evaluate and develop suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery and commercial
performance.
• Support supplier onboarding, vendor master maintenance and supplier performance reviews.
• Work closely with Sales, Technical Service, Workshop, Warehouse and Finance to ensure timely
procurement support.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approval requirements and
procurement governance.
• Maintain accurate procurement records within the ERP system and ensure documentation is auditready.
• Support procurement reporting, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,
Engineering, Maritime Studies or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Experience in marine, offshore, shipyard, engineering or technical service industries would be an
advantage.
Skills & Competencies
• Good understanding of sourcing, RFQs, purchase order, and contract management.
• Strong commercial acumen, supported by excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred).
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to compliance and continuous improvement.
