Operations & Shipment Management
Manage and assign daily tasks to Cross Border Operation Assistants.
Handle inbound and outbound shipment processes, including customs clearance and duty requirements.
Ensure accurate handling of COD collections and parcels requiring permits.
Monitor and verify incoming shipment status, ensuring accuracy of inbound vs. output performance.
Client Liaison & Communication
Serve as the main point of contact for Cross Border inbound and return shipments.
Maintain close communication with clients and ensure timely responses.
Provide clients with daily acceptance volume updates, highlighting discrepancies where applicable.
Keep clients informed on parcels with unique statuses and manage damaged parcel cases with prompt updates.
Process Monitoring & Reporting
Oversee and follow up on the full parcel life cycle from acceptance to final resolution.
Track and report on inbound vs. output quantity performance, including parcel life cycle results.
Support continuous improvement by highlighting recurring issues and coordinating with other departments for resolution.
Inter-Department Collaboration
Work closely with operations, customer service, and fleet department to ensure smooth parcel status tracking and issue resolution.
Facilitate effective communication between departments to maintain service excellence.
Job Requirement
Minimum Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management or related fields.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in cross border operations, logistics, or shipping preferred.
Knowledge of customs clearance, duties, and permit-related processes is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of WMS/CRM systems preferred.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented, and proactive.
