About the role


We are seeking an experienced, proactive and forward-thinking Operations and Transformation Manager to lead operational excellence, transformation and innovation initiatives within the Delivery Platform across multiple service lies.

This is a newly created role suited to a professional services leader who is passionate about improving how services are delivered. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations for assigned Delivery Platform teams, including both audit and non-audit service lines, lead continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities to leverage technology and AI, manage and develop a growing team, and work closely with regional stakeholders to build a high-performing, scalable and future-ready delivery

funcion.

The role requires someone who is comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving environment, able to work with ambiguity, take ownership without waiting for direction, and continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, people performance and service delivery across ser

vice ines.

Key Responsiblities

Operations Ledership

• Lead the day-to-day operations of assigned Delivery Platform teams comprising approximately 20 to 30 professionals across audit and non-audit servie lines.

• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to team members who may not have a dedi

cated local manager.

• Monitor operational performance, workload distribution, capacity planning and resource allocation across teams.

• Identify operational risks, bottlenecks and service delivery challenges, and implement practical, sustainable solutions.

• Establish clear operating rhythms, performance expectations and accountability mechanisms across the Delivery Platform.

• Support consistent, high-quality delivery of work in line with service line requirements, agreed timelines and stakeholderexpectations.

Transformation & Contiuous Improvement

• Lead transformation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operations and service de

livery across the elivery Platform.

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies and improve productivity acr

oss audit and non-adit service lines.

• Drive innovation through the practical adoption of automation,

digital tools and A-enabled solutions.

• Research emerging technologies and recommend relevant use cases for ser

vice delivery and opeational improvement.

• Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication,

adoption tracking andbenefits realization.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, experimenta

tion and operational d

scipline across teams.


Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with regional Partners, Directors, Managers and bus

iness stakeholders acros relevant service lines.

• Act as a key point of contact for operational ma

tters relating to assigne Delivery Platform teams.

• Gather stakeholder feedback regularly, identify recurring serv

ice delivery issues and cordinate timely resolution.

• Collaborate across countries, functions and service lines to pr

omote consistent ways of woking and service standards.

• Provide regular updates on operational performance, trans

formation progress, risks ad improvement

opportunities.

People Leadeship & Performance Management

• Coach, mentor and develop team members to strengthen technica

l capability, operational discpline and professional growth.

• Manage team performance by setting clear e

xpectations, monitoring progres and providing timely feedback.

• Conduct regular performance conversations

, identify development needs andsupport individual growth plans.

• Address performance ga

ps constructively and implement iprovement actions where required.

• Prom

ote accountability, ownership, colaboration and continuous learning.

Servic Line Relevance & Portfolio Ownership

• Manage selected portfolios, workstreams or client engagements whe

n required to maintain service line reevance and practical delivery insight.

• Apply hands-on professional services experience to identify opportun

ities for process improvement, quality nhancement and better service delivery.

ne developments, standards, regulations,industry trends and market expectations.

• Translate technical, operational and

industry insigh

ts into practical recommedations for servce delivery improvement.

Innovation & AI

• Research AI, automation and digital sol

utions relevant to both audit and non-auditservice lines within the Delivery Platform.

• Partner with regional leaders to pilot new

technologies and assess their practicality,scalability and impact across service lines.

• Encourage

innovative thinking within teams and support he adoption of new tools and ways of working.

• Identify opportunities to use data, analytics

and AI to improve planning, execution, monitorng, reporting and quality of service delivery.

• Help buil

and confidence among team members n using technlogy responsibly and effecti

vely.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Acconting, Finance, Business or

a related discipline.

• Professional qualificatio such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred.

• Approximately 7 to 8

years of external audit experience, preferably withn a Big Four or professional services environment.

• Strong practical unde

rstanding of audit delivery, audit quality expectatins, engagement workflows and stakeho

lder management.

• Demonstrated experience managing eams, coaching professionals and driving performance.

• Experien

ce in performance management, including goal setting, eedback, performance reviews and development planning.

• Stro

ng stakeholder management experience, ideally across reional, cross-border or multi-service-line environments.

• Experience in transformation, project

management, process improvement, automation, digital tols or AI initiatives is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Strong curiosity and willingness

to independently research transformation, innovation, autmation and AI opportunities relevant to servi

ce delivery.

• Keen interest in learning new technologiesand

translating research into practical improvement ideas.
