Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Supervise site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Resolve technical and operational issues on site.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, and resources effectively.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with relevant authorities when required.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and site management.
• Familiar with Singapore building regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
