Job Summary

The Infra Support Analyst (Security Administration) supports and enhances IT infrastructure and security platforms, focusing on Identity and Access Management and enterprise systems to ensure availability, performance, and security aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintain IT infrastructure, security platforms, and enterprise applications to ensure operational continuity.
• Monitor system performance, analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Administer identity and access management solutions by provisioning users, conducting access reviews, and managing privileged access to safeguard systems.
• Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to improve security, reliability, and performance of IT environments.
• Support integration of applications, web services, middleware, databases, and cloud platforms to enable seamless enterprise operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure and security projects while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in IT support, infrastructure administration, and maintenance.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, project management, and vendor management skills.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in enterprise Identity and Access Management implementations.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and infrastructure automation.
• Experience supporting large-scale or regulated environments such as banking and financial services.
• Familiarity with system integration in complex IT landscapes.

Other Information

• Employment type: Contract - 24 months (renewable)
• Location: Central Region, Singapore
• Working Hours: 8:30AM to 6:00PM (Mon-Fri)
• Salary: $6000 - 8000 per month (no bonus)
• Working Arrangement: Full Onsite/Hybrid
