Job Summary

You will lead daily café operations, ensuring the wellbeing of cats and delivering excellent customer service. Manage your team to maintain a welcoming environment for both cats and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily café operations to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction
• Coach and train team members to uphold service and cat care standards
• Manage café inventory to maintain adequate supplies and reduce waste
• Brief customers on café rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience
• Prepare and serve food and drinks to customers following hygiene standards
• Engage customers by explaining cat behaviors and proper handling techniques
• Groom cats regularly and monitor their health to maintain wellbeing
• Clean cats’ living areas, including condos, beds, and litter pans, to ensure hygiene
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of cat condos and refresh litter pans daily
• Prepare daily meals and water bowls for cats according to dietary needs
• Perform dishwashing and laundry duties to support café operations
• Execute any additional duties assigned to support café functions
