Job Summary

A Retail Executive ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by providing accurate product information and personalized recommendations to support informed purchasing decisions
• Promote and sell products to meet individual and store sales targets consistently
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system to ensure smooth checkout experiences
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked to enhance customer engagement
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and stock counts to maintain product availability
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction
• Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with company standards to provide a welcoming environment
• Support promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities to drive sales and customer interest
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations and effective teamwork
• Host live-streaming sessions on social media platforms to engage customers and promote products

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to engage and assist customers effectively
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets and contribute to store performance
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to handle customer interactions and resolve issues
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge to operate sales and inventory systems efficiently
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet store scheduling needs
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is an advantage but not required
