About the Role

• We're looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
• Whether you have recruitment experience or come from a background in sales, business development, or another customer-facing role, you'll have the opportunity to build your own portfolio of clients and candidates while earning attractive commissions.
• If you enjoy speaking to people, building relationships, and working towards goals, we'd love to hear from you.
• No prior recruitment experience is required. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Source and interview candidates for positions across various industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and job seekers.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and recommend suitable candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer management.
• Conduct reference checks and salary negotiations.
• Prepare candidate profiles and coordinate interviews.
• Develop new business opportunities through business development and networking.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Certified Employment Intermediaries (CEI) certification is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and candidates over the phone.
• Able to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
