CY Maintenance Pte Ltd is a professional cleaning and maintenance company providing high quality services for commercial and industrial properties. We pride ourselves on reliability, quality service, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. We are expanding our business and looking for a motivated Operation Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Co ordinate and manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites.
• Schedule and deploy cleaners and supervisors to meet operational requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are maintained.
• Liaise with clients to address feedback, complaints, and service requests promptly
• Monitor staff attendance punctuality, and work performance.
• Ensure sufficient cleaning chemicals, equipment and consumables are available at all sites.
• Prepare work schedules, reports, timesheets and other operational documentation
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), company policies and client requirement.
• Train, guide and motivate supervisors and cleaners to improve performance.
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate recruitment requirements with the HR department when manpower is needed.
• Support ISO quality management documentation and continuous improvement initiatives if needed
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of operation experience, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry
Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple sites and work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Google Chrome)
Possess good organizational and time management skills.
Familiar with Singapore WSH regulations and cleaning industry practices is an advantage
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Working day
Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm
Saturday - half day
