Responsibilities
About the role
To support and manage the Company's IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, digitalisation initiatives and end-user services, ensuring reliable, secure and efficient IT operations that support business objectives while complying with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
Administer and support SAP Business One and other business applications to ensure stable system performance and effective business operations. Manage user access, troubleshoot system issues, coordinate system enhancements, upgrades and testing, maintain master data integrity, and liaise with vendors and HQ on application support and continuous improvements.
Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Microsoft 365 services, cloud solutions and end-user devices. Ensure systems are properly maintained; IT assets are accurately tracked and work closely with external vendors to provide reliable and efficient IT services.
Implement and maintain appropriate cybersecurity measures to safeguard the Company's information assets. Support security monitoring, patch management, identity and access management, vulnerability remediation, incident response and user awareness programmes while ensuring compliance with HQ security standards and applicable regulations.
Support the Company's compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), internal policies and information security requirements by maintaining appropriate access controls, data protection practices and audit documentation, and assisting with compliance reviews and corrective actions.
Manage backup operations and support the maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure business systems remain recoverable and operational. Participate in periodic testing, recovery exercises and continuous improvement of IT resilience.
Identify and support opportunities to improve business processes through digital technologies, automation and AI initiatives. Work with business users to implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support the Company's digital transformation objectives.
Support the development and maintenance of business reports and dashboards using reporting tools such as Power BI. Assist departments in improving data quality, reporting efficiency and business insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
Coordinate IT projects from planning through implementation by working closely with business users, HQ IT teams and external vendors. Manage project timelines, system testing, implementation activities, vendor performance, software licensing and contract administration to ensure successful project delivery.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual IT budget, technology expenditure and software subscriptions. Support IT procurement activities and maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licences while identifying opportunities for cost optimisation.
Provide responsive IT helpdesk support to end users and conduct system onboarding, user training and technology awareness programmes. Develop and maintain user guides, standard operating procedures and technical documentation to promote effective adoption of business systems and digital tools.
Technical Competencies
SAP Business One or equivalent ERP system
Microsoft 365 Administration
Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server
Network, firewall and VPN administration
Cloud-based technologies
Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform or similar reporting and automation tools (preferred)
Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or equivalent will be an advantage.
About you
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a multinational company or regional business environment.
Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.
Experience in Microsoft 365 administration, IT infrastructure, network administration and cybersecurity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify practical technology solutions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, HQ and external vendors.
Proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous learning and process improvement.
