Role Purpose

Lead the development and commercialisation of innovative, healthier food and beverage products from concept to market-ready execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product development from ideation, formulation to commercial launch

• Develop and optimise formulations for RTE, RTD and baked products

• Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations, shelf-life testing and scale-up validation

• Work closely with production partners to ensure successful manufacturing transfer

• Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory and labelling requirements

• Translate market and consumer insights into viable product innovations
