Responsibilities

Office & Team Support

• Coordinate daily office needs, support the ops team with scheduling, and manage communications so the team stays aligned.
• Assist with onboarding basics for new hires and help prepare meeting notes and simple reports for managers.

Records & Data Management

• Maintain accurate delivery and inventory records, perform regular data entry, and keep files organised for quick access.
• Prepare basic spreadsheets and summaries that help track performance and spot simple trends.

Vendor & Process Coordination

• Liaise with vendors and drivers to resolve day-to-day issues and follow up on invoices and service requests.
• Support process improvements by documenting current steps and suggesting small, practical changes.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in administrative, operations, or office support roles.
• Diploma or comparable qualification, or equivalent hands-on admin experience is accepted.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Administrative Support, Data Entry, and Data Management experience is required.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace for daily record keeping and reporting.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Organised and reliable with clear communication skills and a helpful attitude toward teammates and vendors.
• Detail-oriented, proactive at resolving small problems, and able to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment.
