Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minium 2-3 years of working experience in accounting.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Detailed-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations including invoices, payments and receipts.
  • Able to handle full set of accounts (AP, AR & GL).
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure records are updated.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients when necessary.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
  • Support payroll preparation and other finance-related tasks.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary.
  • Familiar with SQL accounting software.
