 1) Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; retail experience preferred. 

 2) Good communication skills with a customer service and sales mindset.   

 3) Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to serve customers from different backgrounds.  

 4) Knowledge of eye care is an advantage; training will be provided.  

 5) Pleasant, professional and customer-oriented.  

 6) Willing to work on weekends and public holidays based on roster.  

1) Welcome and assist customers with enquiries, appointments and services.  

2) Provide eye treatment services and explain basic product, treatment and after-care information. 

3) Follow up with customers and maintain accurate customer and treatment records.   

4) Recommend and promote suitable products and treatment packages based on customer needs.  

5) Work with the Business Development and Branding teams on campaigns, leads and customer engagement activities.  

6) Support daily boutique operations and maintain a clean and professional treatment environment.
