Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and customer-focused IT Technician to diagnose, repair, and upgrade PCs, notebooks, and AIO systems while providing expert advice and support to customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software issues in PCs, notebooks, and AIO systems to ensure accurate repair solutions
• Assemble and disassemble laptops and desktops to facilitate repairs and upgrades
• Perform quality checks, quality control, and performance testing to verify repair effectiveness
• Provide expert advice and support to customers to enhance their understanding and satisfaction
• Maintain a positive work attitude with pride and a strong sense of responsibility in all tasks
• Learn and apply new repair techniques through provided training to improve technical skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Personal experience with repairing computers to support hands-on troubleshooting and repair tasks
