Front Desk and Administration

• Greeting patients and managing walk-in or phone inquiries
• Registering new patients and updating personal files
• Scheduling appointments and sending reminders
• Handling payments, issuing receipts, and processing insurance or government claims (e.g. CHAS, Medisave, HealthierSG)

Clinical and Doctor Support

• Taking patient vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and weight
• Preparing examination rooms and sterilizing medical instruments
• Dispensing medication with appropriate patient instructions
• Assisting doctors during minor medical procedures

Inventory and Maintenance

• Conducting stock checks and ordering medical supplies
• Maintaining clinic cleanliness and general housekeeping
• Managing lab samples and coordinating with external vendors

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels, or equivalent certificates
• Basic computer and data entry literacy
• Good people skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Able to work on evenings and weekends
