Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Experience handling full set of accounts is an advantage
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and Malaysian tax/statutory requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SQL Accounting & SQL Payroll
• Strong attention to detail, organised and able to meet deadlines
• Independent, responsible, proactive and willing to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. You will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, supporting financial reporting, tax, payroll, and audit activities.

About the Role

• Base Salary: RM4,500 and above (Based on experience)
• Experience: At Least 5 Years
• Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:15pm
• Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave and Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation
• Prepare accounting schedules, financial and management reports
• Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closing
• Handle tax submissions and related matters
• Process payroll and statutory contributions
• Assist with audit requirements and documentation
• Maintain accurate accounting records and filing
• Support improvements to accounting processes and other finance-related tasks
