Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in motorcycle, automotive, retail, or direct sales is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell motorcycles, accessories, and related products to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by Management.
- Identify and approach potential customers through walk-ins, referrals, social media, roadshows, and other sales activities.
- Follow up with sales inquiries and leads promptly.
- Build and maintain a strong customer database.
- Conduct demonstrations and explain features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
- Stay updated on current motorcycle models, promotions, financing options, and industry trends.
- Provide professional consultation to customers regarding suitable motorcycle models based on their needs and budget.
- Ensure customers receive accurate information regarding pricing, financing, insurance, and registration processes.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships before, during, and after the sales process.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with hire purchase loan applications and financing documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, finance companies, and insurance providers where required.
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Monitor loan approval status and update customers accordingly.
- Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events organized by the Company.
- Utilize social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp to generate sales leads.
- Create and maintain online listings and sales advertisements when required.
- Support marketing activities to increase brand awareness and sales opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Ensure proper handling and upkeep of showroom motorcycles and display units.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and sales processes.
