Location: Hougang/Kovan

Working Hours
Morning: 8:30am - 1:00pm (Mon - Sun)
Afternoon: 2:00pm - 5:00pm (Mon - Fri)
Evening: 6:00pm - 9:00pm (Mon - Fri)
11 shifts per week, including 2 weekday evening shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling and queue arrangements.
• Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures when required.
• Dispense medication according to the doctor's instructions.
• Process MHCP and CHAS claims and submissions.
• Handle patient billing, payment collection and daily cash and claims reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation.
• Assist with stock ordering, stock-taking and inventory management.
• Ensure consultation and treatment rooms are clean, sterilised and ready for use.
• Provide basic patient education and explain clinic procedures clearly.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinic Assistant.
• Familiar with processing MHCP and CHAS claims.
• Meticulous, organised and comfortable handling administrative and claims-related work.
• Patient-focused, with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic proficiency in clinic management systems.
