Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin
- At least 1 year of experience in operations, administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, able to work independently
- Reliable and professional, with great follow-through
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support daily operational activities across departments, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics with ease
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors/service providers to keep projects on track
- Proactively follow up on ongoing tasks to ensure timely completion
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and administrative workflows
- Prepare clear status updates and summaries for management
- Take on ad hoc operational tasks and enjoy variety in your day-to-day
