Education / Experience:

• Bachelor Degree inComputer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields

Job Description:

• Manage daily network operations, includingconfiguration updates, firmware patches, and hardware lifecycle management.

• Act as the primary technical point fornetwork-related incidents, providing rapid troubleshooting and resolution.

• Maintain and optimize complex NetworkTopologies to ensure maximum performance and scalability.

• Take full ownership of Cisco Switches androuting environments, ensuring configurations meet best-practice standards.

• Follow ITIL processes for ChangeManagement and Incident Management to maintain detailed documentation andminimize downtime.

Skill Sets:

Network Architecture: OSIModel, TCP/IP, Network Topologies, and VLAN Segmentation

Routing & Switching: CiscoCatalyst/Nexus Switches, OSPF, BGP, STP

Connectivity &Protocols: Static/DynamicRouting, MPLS, SD-WAN, and VPN (IPsec/SSL)

Operational Frameworks: ITILService Management, CMDB updates, and Network Documentation

Support & Delivery: ChangeManagement, Incident Resolution, and Network Performance Monitoring

Certification: CCNA/CCNPis preferred
