Requirements

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
  • Professional membership with a recognized Malaysian professional body is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of design concepts, technical drawings, and project coordination processes

Experience and Skills Required

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiar with AI rendering, modelling tools, and design software for presentation development.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architecture, interior design, landscape, or consultancy industry.
  • Good understanding of design trends, materials, technical drawings, and project coordination processes.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin with strong communication skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Work Location: Bangsar South Office, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Salary Offer: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00
  • Position: Design & Planning Senior Executive / Executive.
  • Office is conveniently accessible via LRT Kerinchi Station.

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting design coordination activities, reviewing consultants’ design submissions, preparing design presentations, and assisting in project documentation for architecture, interior design, and landscape works. The role requires creativity, technical knowledge, and good coordination skills to support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate consultants’ design submissions and drawings, including architectural, interior design, and landscape works, to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Assist in developing design briefs, concept proposals, and presentation materials to support project planning and stakeholder discussions.
  • Utilize AutoCAD, AI tools, and design software to prepare design presentations, visual renderings, and supporting project materials.
  • Coordinate and support the processing of consultants’ claims, invoices, and project-related documentation to ensure timely submission and proper records.
  • Conduct research on emerging design trends, materials, technologies, and industry practices to provide creative insights and design improvements.
