Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle RFQ (Requests for Quotation) and respond promptly to inquiries from both new and existing customers.
• Prepare and generate sales quotations by evaluating material costs, treatment charges, machining costs, labour costs, and other related expenses.
• Process and issue sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise and coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and fulfilment of customer requirements.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain material and treatment pricing.
• Monitor and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and organized filing, record-keeping, and documentation systems.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
• Perform routine office administrative duties and support day-to-day operations.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2years of Sales Administration or related administrative experience in the Precision Engineering industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Meticulous, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to delivering quality work.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative in communicating and collaborating with Management and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) is an advantage.
