Responsibilities
We are seeking an IQC & Logistics Technician to manage the inspection, receipt, storage, and movement of incoming materials. The role supports R&D, engineering, and operations teams by ensuring materials meet quality requirements, are accurately recorded in SAP, and are available for prototype builds, engineering activities, and shipments.
Inspect incoming fabricated and mechanical parts against engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection procedures.
Perform dimensional checks using appropriate measuring instruments and accurately record inspection results.
Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming materials to the Team Lead, Engineer, or Manager.
Monitor the calibration status of inspection tools and equipment.
Receive deliveries, verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery documents, and process goods receipts in SAP.
Pick, pack, issue, and arrange shipments of parts, modules, materials, and machines.
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper SAP transactions for stock transfers, material returns, and inventory movements.
Ensure materials are correctly labelled, stored, and available for R&D builds, engineering projects, and operational requirements.
Participate in cycle counts, inventory audits, quality audits, and process-improvement activities.
Maintain a safe, organised, and clean work environment in accordance with EHS, quality, and 5S requirements.
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in incoming quality inspection, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related function.
Candidates with stronger Incoming Quality Control experience are preferred.
Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, engineering, or R&D environments is advantageous.
Able to read and interpret mechanical or engineering drawings.
Familiar with dimensional inspection methods and measuring instruments.
Practical experience using SAP for material, inventory, or quality-related transactions.
Basic knowledge of inventory control, receiving, packing, picking, and shipment processes.
Able to safely handle and carry goods weighing approximately 20–30 kg as part of regular job duties.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
