Job Description:

• Maintain safe food handling practices and station cleanliness

• Assist in food preparation (e.g. cutting of fruits and vegetables)

• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Chef.

• Maintain cleanliness and garbage disposal of the kitchen.

• Wash kitchen equipment (e.g. Plates, utensils and etc).

• Ensure proper dish washing process and maintenance of the equipment.

• Assist in Cashiering

• Company transport provided

• Working Location: Tuas

• Working hours: 6 days work week, 5am-2pm
