Job Description

Responsibilities

TS Group is looking for a proactive and service-oriented OperationsExecutive to oversee the daily operations of our residential accommodationat HHOM, 1A Short Street .

The residence primarily accommodates healthcareprofessionals, including nurses and medical staff from various countries ,who rent our accommodation while working in Singapore. The Operations Executive plays an important role in ensuring residents enjoy a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment through effective coordination of site operations, maintenance, housekeeping, and resident support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the residential accommodation.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate maintenance works, repairs, servicing, and follow up on rectification issues.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of works.
  • Coordinate and monitor housekeeping operations to maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Attend to residents' enquiries, feedback, and operational requests professionally.
  • Prepare operational reports, inspection records, incident reports, and administrative documentation.
  • Monitor inventory and operational supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
  • Support other operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, GCE N/O Levels or Diploma.
  • Experience in operations, facilities management, property management, hospitality, dormitory, or accommodation management will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Customer service experience will be an added advantage.
